For businesses needing to upgrade their older fluorescent tube lighting, or spot and accent lighting, we will survey the main lighting, spot and accent lighting, do all photometric studies, research all municipal, state and federal codes concerning minimum safety guidelines applied for main interior lighting (daytime hours and overnight hours included) and put together a project that makes all needed repairs and improvements, and converts all lighting to 2700 - 3500k LED, guaranteeing no dark spots so security cameras have full functionality and customers can see with no issues and employees can perform tasks without roadblocks. We work with the client on lighting design and concepts and bring to them a final attractive concept they have created. We will order the materials (unless the client has a national account with their own vendor), we will hire, manage and provide oversight for all contractors and we will perform all commissioning work and ensure full functionality of lighting and controls including any scheduling or dimming, so our clients do not have to concern themselves with the day-to-day actions of the project. We will hand to them a fully functional, completed project, on time and on budget.
Fluorescent tubed lighting which draws 60 to 75 watts per bulb, per fixture, that can add up to several hundreds of amps depending on square footage, and not light all corners of the area creating shadows and dark areas.
