Exterior Lighting – All Business entities
For businesses needing to upgrade their old, yellowed lighting and freshen the look as well as cut the utility costs for exterior lighting. We take older lighting such as Sodium, HID, Fluorescent or Halogen, and we will survey the parking lights, wall-wash lighting and all accent lighting, do all photometric studies, research all municipal, state and federal codes concerning spillage and minimum foot-candle levels, consider all structures that need attention (bent poles, deteriorated bases, etc.) and put together a project that makes all needed repairs and improvements, and converts all lighting to 3500k LED, guaranteeing no dark spots so security cameras have full functionality and customers feel safe in every part of the parking structure. We will order the materials (unless the client has a national account with their own vendor), we will hire, manage and provide oversight for all contractors and we will perform all commissioning work and ensure full functionality of lighting and controls, so our clients do not have to concern themselves with the day-to-day actions of the project. We will hand to them a fully functional, completed project, on time and on budget.

Older Cobra-head style light that uses more than 7-amps of electricity per head to illuminate and does a poor job of broad casting the light out, and not down.

New LED lighting produces enough lighting to not only secure the parking structure, but produces enough light to cast out most shadows and utilizes ½ to 1/3 of the energy to function.
Newer LED Lighting produces more than enough lighting, with proper photometric studies, to illuminate parking lot for security cameras and peace of mind for late night shoppers.
Fuel center canopies, bank and pharmacy drive-through’s and any other canopy lighting can also be retro-fitted with newer LED Lighting for secure transactions and customer peace of mind.
