Frozen Food Case Anti-Sweat Controls Program
Grocery Store Specific

For grocery clients having issues with case doors sweating, we offer Anti-Sweat controls programs that dive very deep into the store’s air quality issues. When we see condensation on the exterior of refrigerated case doors, we often think that the case door heaters are not functioning correctly or may even be mis-calibrated. The issues that cause case sweating can be many, including HVAC problems that are not controlling store humidity levels or even air quality issues that need attention. We will perform a store survey of all function case heater controls and case heaters, all HVAC units as well as run some air quality surveys and address all the clients’ issues to re-balance the air quality, allowing the equipment to function properly, including destratification. We will order the materials (unless the client has a national account with their own vendor), we will hire, manage and provide oversight for all contractors and we will perform all commissioning and TAB (Test And Balance) work and ensure full functionality of case heaters, HVAC equipment and all controls (including scheduling, pulsing and dehumidification) so our clients do not have to concern themselves with the day-to-day actions of the project. We will hand to them a fully functional, completed project, on time and on budget.
